Kumbh Amrit Campaign Terms

1. Nature of the Campaign

The campaign is a promotional introductory distribution: a limited quantity of Kumbh Amrit supplied at no charge against a transparent courier & packaging charge per bottle, to introduce SANATAANI to devotees across India. It is a supply at a transparent stated charge — it is not a lottery, contest or donation drive. Where the campaign describes the product as free, that means the bottle itself carries no charge; the courier & packaging charge payable for each bottle is disclosed with equal prominence on the product page, in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.

These Campaign Terms apply together with our Terms and Conditions and the policies referenced there. If there is any conflict, these Campaign Terms prevail for Kumbh Amrit campaign orders.

2. The Product

Each bottle is sealed and packed for safe transit. Bottle volume, packaging details and batch information are stated on the product page and product label.

Important — please read:

• Kumbh Amrit is a religious and ritual item, for puja, abhishek, and ritual use only;
• it is not drinking water, not a food or beverage, and not a medicine or health product — do not drink it and keep it out of reach of small children;
• river water is natural: its colour, clarity and sediment vary naturally and such variation is not a defect;
• our statements about sourcing are limited to what we document, and our statements about spiritual significance reflect Hindu faith and tradition; and
• product images are indicative; actual bottle and label may vary slightly.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Kumbh Amrit is offered on the basis of shraddha (faith) and parampara (tradition). SANATAANI makes no claim, promise, or guarantee of any specific spiritual, religious, material, financial, health or other outcome from possessing or using Kumbh Amrit. Nothing on the campaign page, in our advertisements, or in these Terms is medical advice or a claim of curative, protective or miraculous properties. Please read our Disclaimer.

4. Price — One Transparent Charge, Per Bottle

The bottle itself is supplied at no charge. The only amount payable is a courier & packaging charge of ₹87 for each bottle ordered, inclusive of GST and delivery anywhere in serviceable India. There are no additional shipping charges, no COD fees, no handling charges and no other costs of any kind. If you order more than one bottle, the charge applies to each bottle, and the total is shown to you in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. The amount you pay the courier at your door is exactly that total — nothing more. The campaign price applies only during the campaign period and while campaign stock lasts; it does not commit us to any particular price after the campaign.

5. Eligibility

To order under this campaign you must:

• be 18 years or older and capable of entering a contract;
• provide a delivery address in India within a serviceable PIN code; and
• provide your own working mobile number for order confirmation and delivery coordination.

The campaign is open to retail customers for personal and family religious use. It is not open to resellers, traders or bulk buyers (see Section 10).

6. Order Limits — Per Order and Per Mobile Number

Because quantity is limited and we want the maximum number of devotees to receive Kumbh Amrit:

• maximum 50 bottles per order;
• we may apply reasonable per-address limits where ordering patterns indicate attempts to bypass the above limits.

Orders exceeding these limits, or structured to evade them, may be reduced to the limit or cancelled before dispatch, with notice to you. As all orders are COD, cancellation before dispatch never involves your money.

7. Geography and Serviceability

Enter your PIN code at checkout to check serviceability before ordering. We regret that we cannot serve non-serviceable PIN codes or international addresses during this campaign.

8. Availability, Stock and Order Confirmation

• Campaign stock is genuinely limited to the quantity collected and bottled for this campaign. When it is exhausted, ordering closes.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs on confirmation and dispatch. Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis against available stock.
• If stock runs out before your order can be confirmed, we will inform you and cancel the order — since payment is COD, you owe and lose nothing.
• Any stock or scarcity indicators shown on the campaign page reflect actual availability. We do not use false urgency or artificial scarcity claims.

9. Dispatch and Delivery Expectations

You will receive tracking details on dispatch. Delivery estimates and processes are as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy. High campaign demand, courier constraints or force majeure (Section 12) may extend timelines; we will keep you informed of significant delays, and you may cancel an undispatched order at any time without charge.

10. Misuse and Resale Prohibition

Kumbh Amrit under this campaign is sold for personal and family religious use only. You agree not to:

• purchase for commercial resale, or offer campaign bottles for sale on any marketplace, social media or otherwise;
• misrepresent the product, its source or its association with SANATAANI;
• refill, adulterate or repackage bottles or reuse SANATAANI packaging or branding; or
• use multiple identities, numbers or addresses to evade campaign limits.

We may cancel orders and refuse future orders where we reasonably identify such misuse, and we reserve all legal rights in respect of misuse of our branding (see our Intellectual Property Policy).

11. Cancellation, Refusal and Failed Delivery

• You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch via support@dev.sanataani.com (email/call) or support@dev.sanataani.com — see our Cancellation Policy.
• Wrong, damaged, defective or undelivered items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy — replacement or full refund, with damage claims reported within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with an unboxing video.
• Refusal at the door and failed deliveries are handled per our COD Policy; repeated refusals may restrict COD for future orders, and a refused campaign unit may be re-allocated to other customers.

12. Force Majeure

Collection, bottling and delivery of Kumbh Amrit depend on natural and logistical conditions. If events beyond our reasonable control — including floods or adverse river conditions, natural calamities, epidemics, government orders, restrictions connected with religious gatherings, transport or courier disruptions, or strikes — delay or prevent fulfilment, we may extend timelines or cancel affected orders with notice to you. As payment is COD, a cancelled undelivered order costs you nothing; any amount actually collected without delivery will be refunded in full.

13. Changes to the Campaign

We may extend, shorten, pause or close the campaign, or adjust future stock releases, at our discretion. No change will adversely affect an order already placed and confirmed — your confirmed order will be honoured at the price and terms in force when you placed it, or cancelled with notice (at no cost to you) where fulfilment becomes impossible under Section 12.
